Binary package hint: vim-runtime
During an upgrade today to Jaunty, vim-runtime failed to upgrade. The
interface suggested I report this as a bug:

It's not clear to me why it failed. The upgrade manager offered me to
report a bug automatically but this failed, apparently "due to a
timeout" although the network seems to be working okay for web browsing.
