Binary package hint: usb-creator
On a usb-created stick, the "Boot from first hard disk" syslinux option
does not work - it boots the USB stick again instead.
I assume that the usb boot emulation must involve pretending to be the
first hard disk.
usb-creator should either do something to make this boot option function
as advertised, or simply remove it from the boot menu.
