Public bug reported:
The Hauppauge HVR-1600 is not always detected. Sometimes if I shut the
computer all the way down it will work on the next boot. Also it seems
to work one time after moving the card to a different PCI slot. I will
include the dmesg output when it worked for comparison to the non-
working dmesg output hopefully attached to this bug via the "ubuntu-bug
-p linux" command.
