Thanks for your comments. Mozvoikko works with both firefox-3.0 and firefox-3.1, so I added both of these packages to dependencies.
However there is no abrowser-3.0 package in the repo (only abrowser-3.1) but the version of abrowser package is 3.0.x so I added conflict to abrowser (>= 3.2). Also there is no package like iceweasel-3.1 in Debian so I added conflict to iceweasel (>= 3.2). Do you accept this? I'm attaching a new debdiff.
