To me this looks like a problem with the foo2lava driver. Can you attach a complete cups error_log with the foo2lava driver after trying to print as described here: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingPrintingProblems#cupserrorlog Your cups-logs.tar.gz file has a cups error_log of 0 bytes.
