Public bug reported:
I've added the following lines to /etc/crontab and the lines aren't
being executed. The cron log shows the file being reloaded after the
changes.
# This one on Wednesday

0 4 * * 3 root /backmeup.sh 1>/home/barrie/Desktop/Backup.Log/cron.debug.1.log
2>/home/barrie/Desktop/Backup.Log/cron.debug.2.log
# This one on Saturday
#
0 4 * * 6 root /backmeup.sh 1>/home/barrie/Desktop/Backup.Log/cron.debug.1.log
2>/home/barrie/Desktop/Backup.Log/cron.debug.2.log
