Feisty currently has 1.2.9-1ubuntu1, and the only Ubuntu change is the
50_fix-FTBFS-on-systems-with-lib64-directory.dpatch patch, which has
already be merged by Debian's 1.3.0.1-1, and therefore can be dropped.
