I can confirm this bug with 855GM chipset. For me, kernel 2.6.27 was working also. I cannot attach any logs cause I allready reformatted and removed Jaunty. I saw that this error still is in Alpha2 (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/JauntyJackalope/TechnicalOverview#Known%20Issues) so I wait testing Jaunty until at least X is working correctly. ;)
