Binary package hint: seahorse
In Ubuntu intrepid 8.10, the seahorse keyring/password/private key
administrative tool (version 2.24.1-0ubuntu1) shows up under
Applications in the miscellaneous "Accessories" menu entry with other
random pieces of software, instead of being more logically located in
either System>Preferences or System>Administration
