Hello I think I have a solution. disable both"Ubuntu Firefox Modifications" or "Tab Mix Plus" addons. restart Firefox
If you still have no toolbars Close Firefox Go to /home/your-username/.mozilla/firefox/some-jibberish.default/ In here rename your localstore.rdf to localstore.rdf.backup Start Firefox and you should be able to see your extensions. You will have to set up your appearance again though.
