Public bug reported: Hi,
i think that the IPv6 module ist loaded not early enough. There was a similiar Problem a few Ubuntu-Versions ago Bug #7091. When i enabled: net.ipv6.conf.all.forwarding=1 in the sysctl.conf and reloaded procps "/etc/init.d/procps restart" IPv6 forwarding is enabled But after restarting my PC, IPv6 forwarding is disabled. Putting IPv6 in the /etc/modules.conf fixed this Problem. best regards Michael My System: Description: Ubuntu 8.10 Release: 8.10 AMD64 ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- IPv6 module is loaded to late / Problem with IPv6 forwarding https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/309032 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
