This seems a lot like bug #290506, or at least that the Stephan kernel would solve it.
Sadly we're waiting for those patches to be uploaded to Stephan PPA or directly to -proposed. So let's wait a bit so we can test when the kernel is released. If someone can install the Stephan kernel from the PPA and test would be great.
