Public bug reported:

The "Shut down the computer" dialog that is activated when I press the
power button should not act automatically on a timeout. The problem is
that this dialog is sometimes born iconified, sometimes locked behind a
screensaver, the keyboard may be hosed, or the dialog is otherwise not
noticed because of a GUI race, etc.

In my particular case, I'm having a lot of problems with this dialog
activating during wake after suspend.

It would be much better if the dialog only acted on a positive action by
the user.

I am currently on the latest public release/update of Intrepid.
