Public bug reported:

We installed Ubuntu 6.06 Dapper on a Dual Processor Xeon at 64b machine. We
discover that it seems that the proper kernel image
(kernel-image-2.6.11-9-em64t-p4-smp) for that architecture is not longer
available in the Dapper distribution.
We need use all the capabilities of our machines (dual processor at 64 bit).
However, with the kernel choices allowed in the Dapper distribution (kernel
2.6.15-27-686 SMP), only one processor is working (according to uname -a
command).
Please, can you suggest any solution?
Thanks,
Gustavo Cordoba
