I have a dual-core Centrino laptop. Kubuntu sets the cpufreq governor
for both cores to ondemand by default, which is what i want. However
after a suspend (or hibernate) and resume, the governor for the second
core gets changed to performance. The first core continues using
ondemand as it should.
