Hi, I get this bug since the 2.6.24-16-xen kernel mostly in some of my running domU's. Today one domU with the 2.6.24-22-xen kernel stopped running while executing 'apt-get update'. This bug ist not CPU specific. My systems are running on ML110 XEON DualCore, ML110 P4, ML115 Opteron and DL160 QuadCore Systems. I noticed, that increasing the assigned memory size reduces the chance of running into this bug.
