Public bug reported:

When you try to connect to an ipv6-only wifi-network the network-manager wait
for the dhcpv4 address for some time (while it has already got the ipv6 addres
from radvd and has working ipv6 connectivity) and then turn off the wifi-link
so ipv6 connectivity can't longer work.
A workaround is to set a link-local ipv4 address in the wifi option or a fake
ipv4 address.
