Thanks for the hint. I tried it by pointing my existing app to the downloaded file, but it didn't work at first. I got some error about rights, though I couldn't find anything wrong with the help of mc. Then I removed the original 8.10 (0.7.10) Kompozer install, after saving my 'dot' directory. Didn't work either and apparently was superfluous. Then I decided to download again. It now works all without problems (so far). I restored my saved prefs.js, and now I can use my previous work directly. So, thanks again.
