Hmm, you're right, I was just about to write that I never touched or created it, but I have such a file. It's probably something reportbug nicely creates for me when I first use it. And when I transferred my whole home dir from Etch to Hardy, this came to Ubuntu - and was wrong... It's not even Fix Released, it's Invalid!
