Glad that some of you took the time to try it out! Pablo, I haven't tried the amd64 (or lpia) version myself, but my guess is that if Audacity works without the patch, it will work with the patch as well - there is nothing 32 bit specific about the patch (unless I missed something). So you are encouraged try it out and report back if it worked or if there were any problems.
