I was revising the
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/298465,
and in this case, "Hanno Stock" report only that he has no digital sound (I
assumed that he has analog sound).
Reading the alsa-info posted by him, I have noted that (in Kernel
Information Section), the Architecture is i686, and contraryly to my case,
the Architecture is x86_64 (I have installed Ubuntu for AMD64).
Then, in the case of Hanno, alsa-info says that Ubuntu has loaded the module
snd_hda_intel, but in my case, Ubuntu doesn't load it.

May be the distribution for AMD64 has got the problem?
