Looks like the hack starting on line 49 of DrvHostDVD.cpp doesn't work
anymore with the kernel headers in Jaunty.  Fixing it might be as easy
as adding

# define _LINUX_BYTEORDER_SWABB_H

under

# define _LINUX_BYTEORDER_SWAB_H

but I don't have a Jaunty i386 VM handy to try it right now.
