I confirm this bug. Same behaviour as Markku Korkeala with italian locale. I tried to start dbus-monitor and I received the same message: "could not send the dbus Inhibit signal: Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken."
