Let me see if i understand this. You expect to not view emails larger than
100kb. you mention you are clicking on inbox bigger than 100kb that is ok
becuase the setting you set is per email not full inbox.
If im correct you are stating that the setting isnt working since you can
download and view a message bigger than 100kb. Is this only offline or both and
is this only with IMAP
