Similar to Mauricio Penaloza's post, you can do this within Intrepid Ibex by going to Edit > Preferences.
Click on the Advanced tab, then on Config Editor... Search for a key: network.protocol-handler.app.http If it does not exist, you can right-click and create a new String.
