No... but you've prompted me to look into it further because its hard to believe it is not working:
If I create a new document then 'New window' works correctly including saving and restoring the document and doing new window again. It consistently fails to work on the document I've attached. This document was recovered after corruption I detailed in bug 304695. However, the problem may have predated that particular recovery. I've just had a fairly lengthy attempt to repro this on an alternative document and have not managed to do so. Copying all of the content in the attached into a new document results in a similar problem in the new document. Its fairly easy to repro 304695 playing around with this too so I think they are the same problem (resulting from a corruption in the document - cause unknown). As copying the content does not get rid of the problem, I've tried saving the doc as an rtf and opening it - the problem still occurs.
