Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nautilus

Nautilus does not open when accessed from "Places"

For Example, if I click "Places' then "Home folder" or "Desktop" or any
'sub-folder' I get Real Player's "Component Missing" Error. I am using
Ubuntu 8.10. The Real player version is 11.01.1056 (Gold).

The complete error message is "Component Missing" "The player does not
have the capabilities to play back this content...Check for updates"
"Details" "Help"

On checking updates for Real Player it states it is the latest.

I install all the updates of Ubuntu. The GNOME version is 2.24.1

Please help
