Hi Daniel, Sorry, wasn't sure whether or not it should have been mentioned in the changelog. As stated in debian/rules, the doc/manual folder is to be removed from the .orig file, as it is in the otrs2-doc package, which accounts for the missing space. I'll attach the updated .diff.gz and .dsc.
