It seems I have found another issue which is related to this one: I have 1 SATA and one PATA connected to the onboard controller. Next to that I have a seperate SCSI controller with two additional disks. When booting, Dmesg says the following:

But now, after i booted there is something strange: according to the mount command root is mounted to /dev/sda1 but ubuntu was installed at my SATA disk ( /dev/sdc1)!
