Public bug reported: Binary package hint: mozilla-thunderbird
TB version 2.0.0.18 (20081125) i have 7 email accounts with my internet service provider. in the last 2 days after i returned from a 5-day trip abroad when i did not access my e-mail accounts, my passwords no longer work. however, i can access the accounts by using the ISP's webmail service with the passwords. so i guess TB has a password bug. when i key in & enter the password, i get the ff "sending password did not succeed . mail server pope.casema.nl responded: authentication failed. the same password works with casema webmail. however, my mac email account using the same smtp does not (yet) exhibit the same problem.
