In your new bug, please include include a backtrace from one of these crashes. Instructions on how to get a backtrace ate at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/X/Backtracing . If you discover any reliable way to reproduce the crash, that would also be very helpful. Without a backtrace or the steps to replicate the crash, we may not be able to identify or fix the bug.
