Hi Conrad,
Thanks for all your effort here to track down the git commit. In the
end, it does seem particularly odd that after you reinstalled the kernel
from -proposed that the issue has now disappeared especially since you
had mentioned you tried reinstalling previously with no success.
However, since you are unable to easily reproduce the bug, it'll make it
difficult to test a fix. For now, lets just close this one out.
However, if you do happen to come across this again, please reopen (ie
set the status back to "New"). I be monitoring new reports in case
anything similar comes in. Thanks.
