Forest: Please submit a bug report to bugzilla.mozilla.org (I'd do it myself, but I don't use Firefox, so I can't really say that I'm experiencing the problem). Once you've done that, you can link to it in Launchpad by opening this bug (Bug 73934) and clicking "Also Affects Upstream".
That way, Launchpad will keep track of it for you/us, but it won't be listed as a Ubuntu bug, per se.
