I have the same problem with an HP Pavilion d5000t PC. Reboot/Shutdown works fine normally, but after a Suspend/Resume cycle, Reboot/Shutdown hangs at "Restarting System" and "Halting System" respectively. I'm running Intrepid and I have the latest BIOS version.
