Public bug reported: Binary package hint: evolution
The Evolution "Duplicate Contact Detected" dialog shows the text "[custom widget creation failed]" on the left side, and the text ("The name or email address of this contact already exists...") is cut off on the right side. System: Ubuntu 8.10 64-bit with all the latest updates. Evolution version 2.24.1-0ubuntu2. Steps to reproduce: Open Evolution. Attempt to add a duplicate address to the address book. Click OK on the Contact Quick-Add dialog. The Duplicate Contact Detected dialog appears with errors. This also occurs when using the Contact Editor to add a duplicate address. Attached is a screenshot of the window.
