Thank you for reporting this bug and helping to improve Ubuntu, Grzegorz. I understand that the patch in question was applied to dhcp3 3.1.1-2 in Debian, and jaunty now has dhcp3 3.1.1-5ubuntu1; so this should be fixed for Ubuntu 9.04 and beyond.
