My linux box is like this: Mother board MSI K9N2GM, chipset nVidia 8200 CPU Athlon X2 5200 1 hdd SATA 40 GB on sda 1 hdd SATA 160 GB on sdb - Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex 8.10 + Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex 8.10 AMD64 sda has 5 partitions: sda1 windows, sda2 boot, sda3 root, sda4 (logical), sda5 home, sda6 unused sdb has 3 partitions: sdb1 ntfs 15GB, sdb2 swap 650 MB, sdb3 ext3 133 GB ntfs partition is accessed via NTFS-3G driver. In sdb3 I have all my music collection, the partition is accessed 99 % with XMS. I realize of this freezes because the music stop for a relevant time (10-15 seconds). I tried to format the partition but after a short while I had another freeze. Attached lspci and dmesg after 3 errors in different days (error 3 is after format), I got more freezes but I haven't the logs.
