compcache developer  nitingupta910  explained that /dev/ramzswap0 needs
to not be greater than 128MB.

On my machine I have:

Filename                                Type            Size    Used    Priority
/dev/ramzswap0                          partition       258392  17456   100

So, it looks like the default settings for Ubuntu need to be set
differently.
