Guys, I don't see what the problem is. Just provide the basic Java version (http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/eclipse-ide-java-developers/ganymedesr1) and make sure there won't be permission problem when installing plugins via eclipse plugin manager itself. This is it. You don't need to provide -cdt, -jee and myriads of other versions at all.
