Yes, having the same issue when using quicksynergy, on dell D630 as server and dell precision 3800 as client, more or less. There's a slight point of difference perhaps. It is only happening when focus is on the client machine, with only with the remote keyboard, not the clients local keyboard. Both machines with thier own keybaords are fine. I just can't live without the multimedia volume keys as I play rhythmbox as my focus shield(cut out the rest of the world) while coding. So can't use the xorg fix :( The down arrow is getting close to causing mega carpel tunnel issues for me though.
