Doesn't work on lenovo thinkpad r60e either. i figured out that txpower drops to 8dBm, i just can get it working with the command "iwconfig ath0 txpower 50mW". Works well for about a few minutes but it crashes again after a few minutes.
For some reason it worked with 7.04 (if i remember correctly) but there only via "/etc/init.d./networking" manually edited and without network manager.
