I'm using ubuntu 8.04. Whenever I try to use multiple audio devices
such as VLC and Audacious at the same time, I end up having to use
system monitor to kill VLC in order to get it to play audio again. The
progress bar will move but no sound. This happens with VLC and ANY
myspace page, and Audacious will work with myspace open ONLY if
Audacious was open first. If myspace is open first and then I open
Audacious it says it has an issue initializing audio device or something
to that effect. I've seen posts from other people with the same problem
but have not found an answer obiously. Let me know any further info you
need. Thanx!
