I am trying to get hardware acceleration working in X My xorg.conf file reads: Section "Device" Identifier "Configured Video Device" Driver "intel" EndSection Section "Monitor" Identifier "Configured Monitor" EndSection Section "Screen" Identifier "Default Screen" Monitor "Configured Monitor" Device "Configured Video Device" EndSection -- When I load my machine, everything works, except that according to X logs, I do not have access to direct rendering. Typing glx gears gives me: Xlib: extension "GLX" missing on display ":0.0".
