Done ** Affects: synaptic (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Every time I make a change in the Software Sources gui I get the message, "The information about available software is out-of-date. To install software... you have to reload the information about available software. I hit reload, the download monitor shows that package information is being downloaded, finishes, the gui goes gray and then disappears. When I open and change Software Sources again, the same thing happens. the Add/ Remove Software gui does the same thing.
