Now that I have the system installed the kernel still doesn't see my sata optical drive. This board has no PATA headers so I can't pop in another drive. IIRC this system was once available for sale with Ubuntu preinstalled, so its not going to make those people happy when they upgrade to intrepid and lose access to their burners. Attached is lshw output that was previously requested of another reporter.
