I understand you are closing the bug issue since you dont have sufficient
information about the bug.

If you can read above, I have described the symptoms and affections.

However Incase I understand you think this is not the right process to
report a bug, Please tell me in heading wise how do I report a bug, maybe
according to the right process followed, I may be in a better understanding
with you to describe the situation here.

Please do reply to this mail if you want the affected software improved.
