Weel, I've decided to upgrade my Ubuntu 8.04 to 8.10, unfortunately I've the bug in the nautilus burner. There are two possibilities, it's some problem with the kernell itself, or is a bug in the nautilus burner. I've tried to burn a lot of CD's with the same result, that is reported in the attachement the result of Brasero burning an imagem of 168 mg.
