If by saying language-selector you mean
"System->Administration->Language support" then
yes, I selected the "Complex Character Support" option on the bottom.
But as I understand it, it is general and not connected to any
specific language. It doesnt change when I jump between languages
there and always stays selected, so what do
you mean by saying "You need to enable that checkbox for every
non-CJK locale you want to use SCIM with." ?
