I can confirm this bug. Moreover it looks like happen only if the encoding id utf8. Trying a iso-8859-1 put the text bar size to default size. This problem happens only when there is no css width applied to the text box but anyway affects several pages. Some pages become unbrowsable too. Need to be fixed.
