The above files were sent to me directly via email, along with this
response:
"You also asked if I could try another kernel. When I try any ubuntu
production kernel, it seems OK. But for EMC2 to run it requires a real
time linux kernel, and that is a bit above my capabilities. If we could
have someone generate a new kernel with the real time extensions, I
would be glad to try it. The EMC2 team stays with the LTS support and
does not go to interim versions due to the nature of the software.
